Michael Holliday

Michael's passion is to help leaders increase their influence in all directions no matter what their position in the organisation.  He believes that leaders don't just direct their gift of leadership to the people under their care; they also influence those with authority over them, impact their peers and most importantly know how to lead themselves. His desire is to see individuals take their leadership ability to the highest level, inspire others and breakthrough roadblocks so that their teams accomplish more.

Margaret Zuppinger

Margaret believes passionately in supporting people to become the best they can by the achievement of personal, professional and organisational goals and objectives, within their chosen professions and disciplines. With 25 years’ experience in training, she knows that for influence and change to have impact and lasting effect, it must start with the leader’s vision, their ability to communicate that vision, and the courage and determination to step out of their comfort zone to ensure that vision becomes a reality.
