About Larry Reynolds
Larry Reynolds is the principal trainer and consultant for 21st Century Leader.
He has over eighteen years' experience of developing leaders in a wide range of organisations in the private and public sector. His interest is in helping leaders at all levels to clarify their ambitions, engage their people, and get the most out of every hour in the day. He specialises in leadership, influencing skills and personal productivity.
Before becoming a consultant Larry was head of training for an international development organisation. Previous to that he held roles as director of an educational trust and as a teacher.
He provides both training and facilitation. If you really twist his arm, Larry will use a PowerPoint presentation, but he's much more interested in creating participative learning experiences that are fun, memorable, and ruthlessly focused on improving your business and your life.

Larry is the author of a number of books including Beyond Total Quality Management, The Trust Effect, Business Focused Training, The Twenty First Century Leader and the Trainer's Toolkit.
Larry has a Cambridge University MA, a Nottingham University PGCE and a Bradford University MBA. He is a fully qualified Master Practitioner of NLP.
Larry lives in Yorkshire with his wife and two children. Work, family, friends, fun, learning and health all play an important part in Larry's life.
